Ordering hunting by foreign and domestic parties- the Hunting Offices and individuals through Regional Directorate of State Forests in Lublin – Hunting Office "Roztocze"

a)   submitting a written contract for the organization of a hunt no later than 10 days before its beginning, and in the case of domestic hunters - concluding an agreement with Regional Directorate of State Forest in Lublin – Hunting Office "Roztocze"

b)   obtaining the VOUCHER document as issued by the Lublin Regional Directorate - Hunting Office "Roztocze" for foreign Hunting Offices and individuals,

c)    down payment no later than the commencement of services directly to the organizer of the hunting of no less than 50% of the commissioned service

d)   possession by the person taking part in the hunting of a hunting licence, own hunting firearms and ammunition, and also documents required for conducting hunting in Poland (authorization for individual hunting issued by the organizer. Hunters from the European Union should be in possesion of a European firearms pass),

e)   ownership by foreign hunters of the insurance for accidents, the cost of treatment and civil liability required in Poland (provided by the Lublin Regional Directorate – Hunting Office "Roztocze")

f)     compliance with the terms of conducting a hunt as in force in Poland and the safety conditions during hunting

g)   obeying the instructions of the direct organizers of the hunt during the hunting parties
